Today is the Big day.The constitutional draft is expected to be tabled today.A Showdown looms between ODM and PNU on whether parliament should be adjourned to facilitate consensus building on the proposed draft.Parliament is at full house with almost all MPs attending today's session.The adjournment motion will probably be tabled after question time.

Saitoti on Kawangware Killings
Saitoti has admitted that he was misled by reports that AP's shot 7 people in kawangware in self defense.The 7 people were taxi drivers and they were protesting at what they perceived as unfair competition from boda boda operators.
Saitoti has said that seven AP's that were involved in the cold blood murder have been arrested and they will be charged tomorrow in court.
Also,Postmortem procedures are being taken out and so far bullets have been recovered from several of the victims from behind the head.
He has also said that proper mechanisms such as police reforms and AP and Police retraining will be launched so as to prevent such incidences in future.He also added that proper oversight will be in place to monitor behavior of police and administration police.
Motion Time
George Thuo has moved the adjournment motion seeking parliamentary proceedings to be postponed until Tuesday 23rd march to build consensus.Kalonzo is now giving a speech urging MPs to vote for in support of the motion.
The adjournment motion has been passed by an overwhelming number of MPs.This now means that parliamentary proceedings will be adjourned until next week Tuesday.The venue of the consensus meetings will be held at Kenya institute of administration at Kabete from tommorrow until Friday.
